David F. Villacres, M.D.

Owner/Director of Kings Crossing Rehab Therapy.
Currently the medical director of the rehabilitation unit at Kingwood Plaza hospital, Dr. Villacres is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and a member of ISIS, the International Spinal Injection Society.
Dr. Villacres' educational background includes a BS in Physics - Engineering from Loyola College, Baltimore, Maryland, and a MS in Nuclear Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Georgia. He was a pre-med student at the University of Houston, later attending medical school in San Antonio at the University of Texas Health Center, where he received his doctorate in medicine in 1988.
Dr. Villacres served his residency in PM&R at the Louisiana State University Medical Center, New Orleans, Louisiana. He has also provided emergency medical care at the Ochsner Medical Foundation and Charity Hospital, both in New Orleans, and practiced general medicine at the Gonzaba Medical Group in San Antonio.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Dr. Villacres has hospital privileges at Northeast Medical Center Hospital, Columbia Kingwood Medical Center. Hermann Hospital, Cleveland Regional Hospital, and Healthsouth Rehabilitation Hospital in Humble, Texas. He is licensed to practice medicine in Texas.
Dr. Villacres is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Texas Medical Association, American Medical Association, and the Texas Medical Foundation. He is also a member of the Humble Area Chamber of Commerce.
