Internal Disc Decompression (IDD) Technology
Your most effective, non-surgical, drug-free Back Pain Solution
Back pain is the most common cause of disability in people under the age of 45, and of the $27 billion spent on all musculoskeletal trauma, $16 billion is spent in the management of back pain. Often patients are left to seek relief from pain by relying on prescription drugs and ultimately surgery when nothing else seems to work... until now.
King's Crossing Rehabilitation Therapy
offers Internal Disc Decompression therapy, a non-surgical treatment capable of significantly reducing or eliminating the pain and dysfunction of many spinal disorders such as:
| • Herniated disks |
• Sciatica |
| • Degenerative disk disease |
• Certain post surgical failures |
| • Facet syndrome |

Spinal Decompression Therapy
A non-invasive procedure that can end the stabbing, burning and shooting pain in your back and legs within a few short weeks.
Internal Disk Decompression therapy utilizes controlled vertical distraction of specific vertebral segments through a computer directed cable and harness system.
The vertical load is applied at a specific angle in a graduated, cycled way. Mobilized vertebrae allow to decompress the injured disk between them thus creating a negative pressure (a suction-like effect) that facilitates the transfer of fluids, nutrients and oxygen back inside the disc.
IDD therapy releases the muscles and nerves in spasm allowing them to perform their normal functions. Subsequent interventions promote retraction of herniated discs and rehydration which assist with the healing process. It also reduces back pain and dependence on medication.

King's Crossing Rehabilitation Therapy
is able to customize and combine the IDD therapy with a
core program of spinal stabilization therapy, so that further
improvements in the areas of muscle
strength, flexibility and endurance
can be achieved for optimal results.
The IDD treatment is vital to recovery
and a pain-free lifestyle.
Studies have shown improvement ranging from 86 to 92% in a variety of areas such as pain relief, range of motion, motor function, sensation and gait through combined methods of rehabilitation therapy.
Contraindications to IDD Therapy include: severe osteoporosis, spinal instability or fusion with hardware, cancer with spinal involvement, pregnancy, scoliosis hardware and unstable cardiac disorders.
